Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No, we bring everything, including eco-friendly products as standard. If you prefer certain products for certain surfaces, leave them out and we'll happily use those.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Most of our regular customers give us a key or door code. Keys are coded, never labelled with addresses, and fully covered by our insurance.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the areas in question free of charge. It almost never happens, but that's the promise.
